- A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing with a minimum of 5 years' work experience or a Diploma in Nursing with a minimum of 10 years' work experience is required. At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial position in a nursing home setup is preferred.
- Possession of good organizational, management, and problem-solving skills is essential.
