- Able to communicate with patients from all backgrounds and has good written and verbal communication skills.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Predominantly a field-based role, the Clinical Nurse Specialist (Operating Theatre Staff Nurse) is primarily responsible for providing in-theatre clinical support to our hospital-based customers during surgeries. Key responsibilities include:
Attending surgical procedures and providing expert clinical/technical support to Surgeons and Hospital staff in the correct and safe use of Arthrex products
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and providing training to health care professionals including Surgeons, Perioperative Nurses and other Hospital Personnel

EDUCATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Strong knowledge of the human anatomy and physiology, and ability to participate in on-call work on a monthly rotational basis (compensated with case allowance)
Ability to quickly understand and communicate complex technical information, problem solver and adaptable to fast changing environments
Self-starter who is able to work autonomously and as part of a team, highly organised, with exceptional customer engagement and relationship skills
