Job Title: Lead Nursing Professional
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced nursing professional to join our team as an Assistant Nurse Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the nursing team to ensure safe, high-quality, efficient, and cost-effective care is delivered to residents and their families.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Oversee the multi-disciplinary team, ensuring seamless coordination of care.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant nursing standards, regulations, and policies.
- Lead quality assurance activities, monitoring and evaluating the quality and appropriateness of nursing care.
- Promote evidence-based practices in nursing care delivery.
- Develop and maintain written policies, procedures, and work processes that guide the provision of nursing care.
- Coordinate the smooth transition of residents from acute to chronic care and back to the community, where possible.
- Direct care of residents to ensure compliance with standards.
- Ensure appropriate skills mix and adequate manpower resourcing for all shifts and types of services.
- Direct and facilitate staff development and competencies upgrading through various opportunities.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, as well as a pleasant personality and good leadership skills.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Nursing or Degree in Nursing.
- Full RN Registration with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
