Responsibilities:- Monitor and manage the performance of employees during night shifts, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure that all hotel operations run smoothly and efficiently, including front desk, night audit, and guest services.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively, controlling costs and optimizing revenue.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and appearance.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hotel management, preferably in a similar role.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems.
- Familiarity with IHG standards and procedures is an asset.

Provide operational support and process export documentation (billing invoices, reports, and airway bills) accurately and promptly to achieve OPS objectives and meet airline departure requirements. Assist the branch in complying with Customs and other government agencies' regulations.
Responsibilities include:
- Processing export documentation accurately and timely for customers, ensuring compliance with Customer/OPS requirements and airline flight departure cut-offs.
- Ensuring all documentation (billing invoices, reports, AWBs, etc.) are complete, scanned in e.doc, properly indicated, and accompany shipments.
- Checking that all shipment checklists are completed, scanned, filed, and attached to shipments as per IATA regulations.
- Meeting Pharmaceutical & Healthcare requirements per GDP/GDPMDS regulations and directives.
- Completing DAYEND closing reports at the end of each day.
- Reviewing shipment events data and shipment manifests for timely and accurate updates to meet Operational Performance Audit objectives.
- Sending all pre-alert shipment documentation to customers and destination offices promptly.
- Coordinating with airline terminals and warehouse vendors regarding shipment disputes or discrepancies.
- Communicating with customer service on issues related to rates, destinations, and shipping instructions.
- Providing 24-hour service, including after-hours, holidays, and weekends, for urgent or AOG shipments.
- Performing shift work and rostered duties as required.
- Declaring all types of AOG customer shipping permits in compliance with customs rules and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods
- Ensure accurate stock management and conduct regular inventory checks
- Oversee loading and unloading of shipments
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the warehouse
- Monitor and manage stock levels and report discrepancies
- Liaise with procurement, transport, and other departments for timely delivery
- Maintain proper documentation and records for all warehouse transactions
- Use warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations/customer service for Diploma Holder
- Open to fresh graduate, Diploma
- Positive mindset, team player and high desire for learning.
- Detail oriented, analytical and innovative.
- Adaptable to fast-moving work environment

Job Description
- Understand and comply to all warehouse related safety, quality & operating processes.
- Perform 5S in warehouse.
- Perform warehousing activities including inbound, outbound and cycle count, in a timely and orderly manner.
- Conduct visual inspection and report any non-conformity / exception from shipment
- Support Supervisor to achieve all required KPI.
- Perform general warehousing duties including maintaining database integrity, stocktaking, material handling, documentation control, etc.
- Ensure all documentation are accurate and submitted timely.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and implementation.
- Continuously striving for higher level of performance efficiency
