Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Network Operations Analyst to join our Infrastructure team for Level 2 operational support across a broad range of network technologies.
Your responsibilities will include incident management, Business Recovery Plan (BRP) support, and the maintenance and troubleshooting of critical network components that support business operations.
Mandatory Skill-set
- Must have Technology Degree/Diploma or equivalent work experience;
- At least 5 years experience in troubleshooting incidents on Cisco technologies (Routing, Switching) + Proxy + Firewalls (Palo Alto preferred) + Wifi and CCNA certification;
- Must have experience and solid understanding of network environments such as (TCP/IP, Cisco routers/switches, firewalls, load balancers, proxies, AP/Wifi);
- Experience with Palo Alto Firewalls, Meraki or Cisco WiFi, SDWAN (Cisco/Viptela), VMware NSX, Proxy, Audiocodes Team Voice System;
- Experience in IT Risk & Compliance (including CIA, BIA, CMDB, IAM) and familiarity with BCP/BRP exercises is required.
Desired Skill-set
- Relevant certifications such as CCNP, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent;
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and Agile frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Self-motivated and well-organized professional with strong multitasking skills and a collaborative mindset in dynamic environments;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging with teams, clients, and vendors;
- Strong knowledge of telecommunications concepts and connectivity;
- At Least Exposure doing troubleshooting in a company with a minimum of ~1000 network devices;
- Proficient in performing diagnostics using a strong foundation in monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, BlackBird, Thousand Eyes, and related technologies;
- Strong Level 2 troubleshooting and root cause identification skills across network technologies used within Client's Global and APAC;
- Strong at basic network troubleshooting skills and ticketing system (ITSM) such as Incident, Change, Problem Management.
