Possess at least 2 years of hands-on experience in network, server, or cybersecurity support.
Proven ability to troubleshoot, configure, and maintain security infrastructure, including firewalls, routing, and switching.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and provide guidance or training to junior staff.
