Job Duties:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on RAN equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and resolve mobile network faults and service issues in a timely manner.
- Implement software updates, hardware upgrades, and patches on RAN components.
- Conduct RF testing, troubleshooting, and optimization for 4G outdoor and 5G in-building networks.

Job Requirements:
- ITE, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of field operations experience, with at least 1 year in the mobile network industry.
- Hands-on experience in commissioning and maintaining BTS equipment.
- Strong knowledge of RAN and RF testing principles.
- Experience with troubleshooting tools such as spectrum analyzers.
- Familiarity with Network Operations Centre (NOC) procedures is an advantage.
- Possess a valid Class 3 driving license (ability to operate company van).
- Willing to travel to offshore sites (including Jacob ladder access).
- Strong communication, reporting, and customer service skills.
