Key Responsibilities- IT Support (Tech Ops):
- Act as the first point of contact for IT-related issues (hardware/software/networking).

- Coordinate with external IT vendors for repairs, AMC, and procurement.
- Maintain records of devices, software licenses, and system configurations.
