To support and solve complex technical issues for all network elements within Transmission/optical transmission network and datacom IP specifically in operations, planning and during roll out.

1. Provide Level 2 support for Operations & Maintenance in resolving open trouble tickets escalated by 1st level team withing the agreed SLA.
