We are seeking a Contract Negotiation Specialist to support our business teams in managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts. The successful candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with stakeholders and drive commercial agreements.
Responsibilities
- Drafting & Review: Develop and review contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Contract Management: Maintain contract records, monitor key deadlines, and ensure timely renewals, amendments, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Risk & Compliance Oversight: Identify potential contractual or compliance risks and ensure contracts align with industry regulations and internal policies.
- Vendor Onboarding/Offboarding: Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for vendors, ensuring alignment with business needs and expectations.
- Vendor Governance & Monitoring: Track contract milestones, deadlines, and vendor obligations, ensuring performance and compliance with contract terms.
- Process Improvement & Evaluation: Conduct vendor performance reviews, due diligence checks, and continuously enhance vendor management procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Key qualifications include:
- Strong knowledge of commercial and contract law.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in managing contracts and vendor relationships.
- Experience with IT projects and outsourcing agreements.
- Strong understanding of industry trends and implications on business.
