· Coordinate with relevant agency for issuance of insurance
· Coordinate with customer on documents amendments.
· Preparation of bank documents for submission (L/C, DP Etc)
· Maintaining records of agent renumeration against shipment
· Application of necessary licenses require for certain shipment
· Maintain records of certain shipments for regulatory reporting
· Full spectrum of shipment related correspondence and duties.

Job Scope:
