Assist the Shipping Manager in coordinating shipping operations across all group concept stores, ensuring smooth import, export, and 3rd-party shipments. Prepare and verify shipping documents, facilitate timely deliveries, and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Warehouse & Merchandiser& Store Communication: Collaborate with warehouse teams and store operations to coordinate receiving, dispatch, and related shipping activities. Keep teams updated on delivery information , and shipment statuses.
  • Shipment Tracking & Reporting: Maintain weekly shipment tracking reports and provide timely updates to internal teams.
  • Invoice & Financial Coordination: Review billing invoices, coordinate with Finance on GST/SST payments to avoid potential delay/additional cost, and assist in resolving billing discrepancies with vendors.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Support preparation of shipping performance reports and analyze trends to improve operations.
  • Record Keeping & Compliance: Maintain organized shipping records and documentation to meet auditing and regulatory requirements.
  • Administrative Support: Assist the Shipping Manager with administrative tasks, process improvements, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Ad Hoc Tasks & Issue Resolution: Handle urgent shipping requests, 3rd-party arrangements, special issues and etc as when required.
