We are seeking an innovative and experienced Natural Language Processing (NLP) researcher to join our team. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing AI-based NLP solutions, with a focus on large language models, reasoning, and healthcare applications.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in Computer Science or related fields, with expertise in NLP, especially in LLM-based text generation, reasoning, and information extraction. You will also have relevant publications as an author in top-tier AI/NLP/ML conferences and proficient in programming languages and frameworks relevant to machine learning.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Principal Investigator (PI) and research team to design and implement NLP solutions, assist with data curation, dataset construction, and conducting experiments or user studies for project-based research topics, and contribute to the development of algorithms and models to enhance the reasoning abilities of large language models in the healthcare domain.
You will be required to have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, or a related field, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Experience in maintaining or contributing to popular code repositories on GitHub is preferred.

Responsible for NLP research and development including Chinese word segmentation, part-of-speech tagging, sentence analysis, and named entity recognition.
Responsible for text classification, sentiment analysis, data mining, text generation, topic analysis, label extraction, and other research and development job.
Optimize existing online algorithms, develop efficient and reliable NLP solutions by combining business needs and data.
Explore applications of NLP techniques and deep learning algorithms in games.
Follow the latest developments in academia and industry and quickly apply findings in your work.
Qualifications
Familiar with NLP fundamentals, with a strong understanding of statistical models, related machine learning principles, and experience working on NLP related projects.
Proficient in at least one programming language, familiar with basic data structures and algorithms.
Experience in big data mining, knowledge-graph auto-making, and deep learning experience is preferred.
Familiar with word segmentation, part-of-speech tagging, entity recognition, sentence analysis, model pre-training. Experience in sentiment analysis, relationship extraction, and event extraction is preferred.
Publication of academic results in academic journals and conferences in NLP-related fields (such as: EMNLP, ACL) is preferred.
