Job Description
What the role is
The role of Facilities Engineer is to plan, implement, manage and maintain the housekeeping, landscape, pest control, waste disposal and building maintenance throughout the campus. He/She is to apply engineering principles and techniques to optimise and improve existing systems/process to meet organisation needs, ensure optimal operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
What you will be working on
In-charge of operations and maintenance of housekeeping, landscape, pest control, waste disposal and building maintenance.
Manage outsourced Integrated Facilities Maintenance (IFM), cleaning, landscape and other services providers to provide smooth, reliable, safe and efficient services.
Attend and manage service breakdown, service request and preventive maintenance.
Propose, implement and manage improvement initiatives to improve system reliability, operational effectiveness, productivity, reduce cost and/or resources (eg energy and water).
Ensure actual expenditure for service repair to be in-line with the budget requested.
Do submission to respective government agencies and statutory boards for compliance to the regulatory requirements.
Liaise, coordinate and implement assigned addition and alteration work requests.
Liaise with government agencies and statutory boards with regards to implementation of new regulatory requirements and ascertain the adherence to existing regulatory requirements.
What we are looking for
Minimum 3-5 years of related Facilities Management experience with relevant qualification in Engineering
Effective communication skills (both written and verbal)
Good team player, self-driven and service-oriented.
Preferably experience in predictive maintenance for facilities management and M&E systems.
Preferably able to prepare engineering specifications and estimates for a wide range of facility related projects.
Preferably equipped with knowledge of regulatory requirements and codes of practice related to facilities management and with M&E systems experience will be an added advantage.

The Systems Engineer/Senior Systems Engineer will serve as an internal consultant on information security, providing expert guidance and support in the following areas: Compliance and Governance, Security Consultancy, Risk Identification and Improvement, Policy Development and Communication, Implementation of Security Measures.
(What you will be working on)
Act as a key member of the ICT Governance Team to ensure security governance, risk assessments, mitigations and acceptances are conducted for ICT systems/services, analyze key security metrics and take appropriate actions.
Serve as an internal consultant on information security, providing expert guidance and support and ensuring security requirements are properly defined during procurement of ICT systems.

Design, plan, implement, and maintain a Zero‐Trust, modern, and secure digital environment.
Implement, manage, and monitor systems and processes that support ICT governance, risk, and security. This includes Threat Modelling, Identity and Access Management, Privileged Access Management, Certificate Management, Data Protection technologies, Vulnerability Management, Incident Management and security monitoring and compliance tools.
Analyse, develop and communicate the technology deployment process, seek feedback from stakeholders and make continual improvement in the operations phase.
Support the Agency Chief Information Security Officer (ACISO) in the design, planning, implementation and maintenance of a Zero‐Trust, modern and secure digital environment.

The School of Health & Social Sciences is looking for a skilled Technical Executive to manage the daily operations of nursing laboratories, ensuring the laboratories are well maintained and equipped for teaching, learning & assessment activities. We are looking for a proactive and meticulous individual who will be involved in procuring and managing stock control of equipment & consumable supplies and conducting generic nursing skills training.
What you will be working on:
Manage the day-to-day operations of nursing laboratories.
Liaise with academic staff to discuss timetables and equipment requirements.
Assist in preparation of nursing practical sessions and conducting generic nursing skills training such as mask fitting and BCLS/AED.
Procure and manage stock control of equipment and consumable supplies.
Liaise with vendors to demo/ instruct how to use new equipment.
Manage inventory of teaching equipment and consumable supplies predominantly in the nursing laboratories.
Keep records on lab equipment inventory, workplace safety compliance records, students' practical sessions, booking of laboratories, etc.
Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed and carried out, keeping risk assessment updated.
Perform general duties to support the work of lecturers and give technical advice to staff and students.
Carry out laboratory maintenance activities including equipment maintenance, to ensure the laboratories are conducive for teaching and learning.
Provide technical support to other laboratories, e.g. computer laboratories.
Working with managers to maintain and improve all aspects of administration, storage and provision of requisites for learning activities in the nursing laboratories.

We are looking for individuals to join the School of Health & Social Sciences as Short-Term Clinical Instructors. In this role, you will serve as a role model and mentor for our nursing students and be responsible for providing effective instruction, assessment and support to Nursing students during their clinical placement in hospital and community facilities. You should strive to stimulate the student's interest in all aspects of clinical practice and encourage innovative thinking and approaches to practice.

Orientate students to the clinical sites including working schedule, assessment methods, and overall responsibilities.
Ensure that the clinical practicum facilitates the achievement of stipulated clinical learning outcomes and provide regular feedback to the Clinical Placement Provider to improve the quality of students’ clinical experiences.

Communicate with the clinical manager with any concerns or questions regarding student progress as soon as issues arise.
Prepares the staff weekly roster and submit weekly reports to the clinical manager.

What we are looking for:
Relevant qualifications in nursing
At least 3 years clinical experience in acute health care settings
Current knowledge of Nursing skills, trends and issues
Holds a valid RN license with Singapore Nursing Board
Good grasp of computer literacy and demonstrated ability to integrate technology into the learning environment and teaching methodology
Good verbal and written communication skills and a demonstrated competency to interact with people at all levels of the organization
Effective presentation and demonstration skills, both theoretical and practical

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, move, add, and change IT hardware including servers, network, and storage equipment
- Perform decommissioning of IT equipment and manage media disposal (e.g. HDD/SSD destruction)
- Carry out patch cable connections/disconnections
- Conduct hardware break-fix support, including replacement of components like HDD, memory, SFP modules, and motherboards
- Regularly inspect data center facilities and equipment for operational integrity
- Provide on-site support during maintenance and scheduled change activities
- Troubleshoot IT and network hardware issues
- Manage inventory for spares, RMA, and tools
- Coordinate and supervise third-party vendors
- Handle data center access requests
- Support POP site operations and be on standby when required

Requirements:
