- Qualifications: Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, or Nursing or Relevant Allied Health Qualifications.
- Competencies: Strong knowledge of case management practices for individuals with mental illnesses and dementia, familiarity with current trends and developments in the health and social care sectors, effective team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and bilingual abilities and knowledge of dialects.
