- Handle on-demand telephone or video calls, interpreting conversations ranging from simple to complex topics in fields such as healthcare, government, insurance, finance, utilities, travel, emergency services, law enforcement, legal proceedings, and general business.
- Quickly and accurately process spoken information while maintaining cultural sensitivity, professionalism, and courtesy.
- Apply appropriate industry-specific terminology and demonstrate familiarity with standard procedures across various sectors.
To be successful in this role, you must possess strong listening, memory, and note-taking abilities to ensure high accuracy in interpretation. You should also be able to maintain focus and neutrality during conversations, remaining objective and detached from the dialogue.
