RESPONSIBILITIES :
· Oversee the company’s financial and management reporting functions.
· Manage accounts consolidation and monthly reporting for approximately 60 entities (including subsidiaries, joint ventures, and associates) across Singapore, Malaysia, China, and Vietnam.
· Prepare monthly consolidated financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
· Deliver accurate and timely financial and management reports, including variance analysis, cash flow projections, and accounts receivable collection updates.
· Prepare annual financial statements in accordance with statutory requirements.
· Work closely with Department Heads to develop annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
· Provide financial insights and advice to support business decision-making.
· Manage external and internal audits, as well as statutory compliance matters.
REQUIREMENTS :
· Degree in Accountancy, or professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, or CA.
· Minimum of 10 years’ experience, including at least 4 years in group consolidation (covering intercompany transactions between subsidiaries and joint ventures).
· Strong technical accounting skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Good communication skills, analytical thinking, and a proactive, independent work style.
· Experience with Cognos is an advantage

Role Overview
You will be assigned to a portfolio of Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs), supporting end-to-end financial reporting and compliance. This role requires strong attention to detail, a hands-on approach to financial reporting and controls, and the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities include:
Financial Reporting & Period-End Close
- Perform periodic closing activities for assigned SPVs, including journal entries, bank reconciliations, and ledger updates; and
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with internal deadlines and accounting standards.
Cashflow Management
- Monitor daily cash positions to ensure sufficient funds for operations; and
- Prepare cashflow forecasts and flag any funding needs or surpluses.
Tax & Statutory Compliance
- Review annual corporate tax returns for accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements; and
- Support tax agents with required financial data.
Sub-Consolidation & Group Reporting
- Perform sub-consolidation for internal and statutory reporting purposes; and
- Assist with quarterly investor reports, including variance analysis.
Audit Support & Annual Reports
- Liaise with external auditors during year-end audits, ensuring timely and complete provision of audit requirements; and
- Prepare annual financial statements and supporting disclosures.
Corporate Secretarial Liaison

Process Improvement & System Enhancements

- Identify and recommend process improvements to strengthen controls, accuracy, and efficiency in financial workflows.
Internal Controls
- Perform regular checks and reconciliations in alignment with internal audit requirements; and

Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline;
- Minimum 7-8 years of relevant experience, preferably in real estate investments;
- Sound knowledge with IFRS/SFRS and experienced in preparing annual financial statements in line with disclosure and regulatory standards;
- Tech-savvy with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office; hands-on experience or strong appreciation for tools such as Power BI, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) or other AI-driven solutions will be an advantage
- Experience with Yardi Property Management System is an added advantage but not a must
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage time-sensitive matters independently
- Strong communication skills for working with both internal and external stakeholders.
