Job Description
We are seeking for a Finance Director for an integrated developer and investment management firm specialising in modern industrial and logistics real estate key cities in Asia.
You will have the opportunity to work in a lean environment where you will be involved in the full fledge of Finance and Accounting including taxation, financial reporting, forecast and budgeting, financing and cash flow management supporting the investment, divestment, and deal advisory. You will be working closely with the investment team, supporting the commercial director and managing director on all projects / portfolios. Other then, you will business partner with bankers on financing matters and negotiation. You will also recommend parameters in investments to manage risks and generate acceptable rate of return.
Requirements
You possess a Degree in Accountancy and Chartered Accountant with minimum 10-12 years of relevant experience on the above mentioned job description, excluding the years of external audit experience.
You should be sound in fund management in the Industrial / logistics real estate industry. You are commercially sound with knowledge of Asia real estate market including properties, rents, cost structures etc. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills will be held in high regards.

Responsibilities
Oversee the company’s financial and management reporting functions.
Manage accounts consolidation and monthly reporting for approximately 60 entities (including subsidiaries, joint ventures, and associates) across Singapore, Malaysia, China, and Vietnam.
Prepare monthly consolidated financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
Deliver accurate and timely financial and management reports, including variance analysis, cash flow projections, and accounts receivable collection updates.
Prepare annual financial statements in accordance with statutory requirements.
Work closely with Department Heads to develop annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
Provide financial insights and advice to support business decision-making.
Manage external and internal audits, as well as statutory compliance matters.
Requirements
Degree in Accountancy, or professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, or CA.
Minimum of 10 years’ experience, including at least 4 years in group consolidation (covering intercompany transactions between subsidiaries and joint ventures).
Strong technical accounting skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills, analytical thinking, and a proactive, independent work style.
Experience with Cognos is an advantage

We are looking to hire a dynamic, high-caliber and self-motivated individual to be part of the finance team for a REIT Finance Manager with portfolio of diverse commercial assets.
Reporting to the Deputy Director of Finance, your key responsibilities are as follows:
- Review monthly Management Accounts submitted by Singapore and overseas subsidiaries
- Co-ordinate financial reporting from Singapore and overseas subsidiaries for consolidation purposes
- Perform analytical review on variances in performance between actual and budget
- Review tax returns prepared by tax agents for regulatory filing
