You will work closely with the Fatfish Group Corporate Ventures Team, contributing to the management and execution of corporate transactions. Key Responsibilities:

Corporate Representation

• Act as a representative of Smartfunding, supporting the team in daily functions.
• Collaborate with the Singapore HQ corporate team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Financial Analysis and Research

• Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Perform financial analysis of existing portfolio companies and potential M&A targets.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support scenario analysis and business planning.

Support for Corporate Transactions

• Assist in the management and execution of corporate transactions for the Group.
• Provide analytical support for mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives.
• Prepare reports and presentations for Group Management to facilitate decision-making.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience: at least 2 years' experience in financial analysis or related field is a plus.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial modeling, and excellent communication abilities.
• Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
