We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager to lead a team of technical professionals and manage the implementation of CCTV systems. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and project management skills, as well as experience in managing a team of engineers.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Engineering (preferably Electronics) or equivalent, and at least 5-8 years of relevant working experience in the Security Industry, managing a group of 5 or more engineers.

Responsibilities include leading, training, and managing a team of technical professionals, providing guidance and mentorship, allocating tasks and responsibilities among team members, establishing clear communication channels, conducting performance evaluations, setting goals and providing feedback, collaborating with other departments, evaluating new products/systems, assisting Sales Dept in Pre-sales and tender bidding, managing purchasing of equipment and company's equipment and inventory, preparation of project budgets and proposals for capital expenditure and investments in equipment, systems, or other assets and resources, monitoring performance of Sub-contractors to meet customers' expectations, ensuring systems and processes comply with workplace safety and health regulatory requirements, and ensuring customer quality specifications are constantly met.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Degree in Engineering (preferably Electronics) or equivalent
• At least 5-8 years of relevant working experience in Security Industry, managing a group of 5 or more engineers
• Possess excellent planning and organization, interpersonal and communication, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent project management skills
• Able to work independently and make good decisions
