We are seeking an experienced Finance Data Analytics Professional to join our team in the implementation of data analytics, visualisation solutions and digital initiatives.
Job Summary
As a Finance Data Analytics Professional, you will support the development of automation tools and digital platforms while supporting related training and operational tasks. You will work closely with finance, IT and other teams to gather requirements, conduct user acceptance testing and remediate issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Integrate data from various sources using automation tools
- Support in the development of data visualisations and dashboards for real-time financial insights on budget utilisation and claims management
- Support in the design and implementation of AI chatbot solutions on Finance rules and processes
- Support in the revamp of Finance intranet pages to improve user experience and information accessibility
- Collaborate with finance, IT and other teams to gather requirements, conduct user acceptance testing and remediate issues
Additional Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics, develop user guides and facilitate training sessions on newly developed tools
- Manage and execute other operational tasks as assigned
Knowledge/Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel) and data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience in developing Robotic Process Automation solutions, financial data analysis and interactive dashboards
- Strong project coordination and communication abilities
- Possess good verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work independently or as a team player
- Background in accounting or finance is an added advantage

Job Title: Equipment Monitoring Specialist
Equipment Monitoring SpecialistThis role is responsible for developing, operating and managing Condition Monitoring techniques for customers in Singapore.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and operate condition monitoring programs for equipment in Chemical, Petrochemical and Oil & Gas environments.
- Set up and optimize vibration monitoring routes for rotating equipment in the plant as necessary.
- Collect routine and ad-hoc vibration data from equipment according to schedule.
- Analyze vibration data, report abnormalities and provide recommendations.
- Implement other condition monitoring solutions such as Thermography, Ultra Sound Monitoring and Motion Amplification.
- Conduct monthly meetings with stakeholders and prepare monthly and yearly reports for external stakeholders.
- Maintain the equipment and vibration database using relevant software within the scope of the contract.
- Perform vibration analysis, recommendations and reporting.
- Monitor key metrics on a periodic basis.
- Understand customer needs, review installations and make engineering proposals to optimize arrangements.
- Education: ITE or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Similar.
- Experience: 2-8 Years.
- Technical Skills:
- Possess knowledge of rotating equipment used in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical or process industries.
- Able to collect vibration data using portable vibration analyzers such as Emerson 2140 or SKF.
- Vibration Analyst certification on category 1 or 2 preferred.
- Exposure to Condition Monitoring techniques such as Ultra-Sound Analysis, Motion Amplification will be an added advantage.
