- Responsible for regional services for Modern Workplace including the following -
- Collaboration Technology such M365 including SharePoint, Co-Pilot, email & Proofpoint
- Campus Technology – Access Control, Room Booking,
- Meeting Room Technology - Digital Signage, Audio Visual, Events
- Privilege Access Management – Local deployments
- Regional Office Moves
- Regional Deployments of Modern Workplace technology and tooling
- Service Management with the Region
- Regional Incident and Problem Management within Modern Workplace services
What you'll need:
- 10 Years experience of Global Deployments of Collaboration capabilities
- Management and growing strong productive teams
- Microsoft M365 Products, Co-Pilot and Teams Premium, Power Platforms.
- Google Workspace
- Collaboration Tools – Miro, Box
- Managed Print Services
- Identity technology Okta, Active Directory
- Privilege Access Management – Beyond trust
- End User Software, commercial awareness and license Management
- ITIL Experience
- 10 years’ Experience of managing Outsourcing suppliers
- Policies and Process Management
- Report Writing
- Commercial contracts experience with 3 rd Parties

About This Role
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Digital Transformation Manager to lead our Digital and IT Team . This role is responsible for driving the organization"s digital evolution by overseeing the SAP S/4 migration , MES deployment , and managing key digital platforms . The successful candidate will also lead IT service improvements , ensuring seamless operation, security, and modernization of IT and OT infrastructure , including networks, servers, endpoints, and cybersecurity . This is a strategic leadership role that requires expertise in digital transformation, IT management, and innovation.
Job Description
Digital Transformation Leadership:
- Lead the migration and implementation of SAP S/4HANA, ensuring alignment with business needs and timelines.
- Oversee the transformation and deployment of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
- Develop and execute a roadmap for the evolution of the organization"s digital stack, ensuring integration and synergy across platforms.
Product Ownership
- Act as the product owner for all digital platforms, including SAP S/4, MES, and other key tools.
- Define the vision, strategy, and priorities for platform development and enhancements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure platforms meet business requirements and deliver value.
Overall IT And OT Infrastructure Management
- Take ownership of the organization"s IT and OT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and security.
- Oversee the integration and alignment of IT and OT systems to support operational efficiency and digital transformation.
- Ensure robust cybersecurity measures across IT and OT environments to safeguard systems, data, and operational integrity.
- Plan and execute infrastructure refresh initiatives to maintain scalability and reliability.
Vendor And IT Service Provider Management
- Oversee and manage relationships with IT service providers, ensuring high-quality delivery and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Negotiate contracts and SLAs to optimize costs and service levels.
- Monitor vendor performance and address any issues proactively to maintain smooth operations.
- Manage, mentor, and inspire the Digital and IT Team to achieve high performance and innovation.
- Build team capabilities to align with the organization"s digital transformation and operational technology goals.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align digital and operational technology initiatives with organizational objectives.
- Communicate progress, challenges, and outcomes of digital transformation initiatives to senior leadership.
