Responsibilities:

• Processing of movement and storage of live, recalled Investigation Papers (IP), enquiry files.
• Providing support in computing and maintaining up-to-date records on the number of files, and the provision of other necessary returns/ updates
• Collating details of the cases/ files before filing off, so that certain facts can be retrieved easily when required, and retrieving of details of the cases/ files when required.

Requirements

As a Patrol Officer, you will be responsible for on-ground monitoring and maintenance of bike-sharing operations. You will ensure bikes are parked properly, function smoothly, report damaged units, and support overall fleet performance in designated areas.

Key Responsibilities:

(1) Patrol assigned areas to check the condition and parking of shared bikes

(2) Report damaged, lost, or illegally parked bikes
