Operate and maintain Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) for software deployment, patch management, and device compliance
Perform imaging and reimaging tasks for desktops, laptops, and servers, ensuring standardization and security compliance
Provision new and existing endpoints and servers, including installation, configuration, and lifecycle management
Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory Group Policies (GPOs) to ensure optimal performance and compliance
Provide Level 2 support for desktop, hardware, software, and network-related incidents
