We are looking for an Analyst to join our Client Onboarding and Servicing team in Singapore serving as a Market Data licensing specialist for Aladdin clients. The Investment Reporting and Performance (IRP) team sits within Asset and Fund Services division. The team’s mission is to provide investment analytics services to internal and external clients.


The three key services areas are:

  • Service delivery of investment performance & risk analytics for internal and external clients
  • Client relationship management support for internal and external clients of IRP in Asia
  • Technical expertise and product consulting for internal and external clients of IRP in Asia


Responsibilities

  • BAU Production Management and Oversight
  • Coordination and relationship management for IRP queries
  • Providing product knowledge support to the wider business and to clients
  • Oversee and manage the production of investment performance & risk information data for clients in accordance with the industry standards – (GIPS) as well as client service level agreement (SLA) requirements, this includes performance measurement, risk analysis and attribution analysis and report production
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure provision of high level of service
  • Assist Head of Client Service Delivery and Implementations with BAU workflow organization, oversight and delivery
  • Ensure a robust and automated performance process in a controlled environment
  • Investigate, document, report and resolve issues and recommend corrective action where appropriate
  • Identify and alert management to risks, deficiencies and opportunities for re-engineering of controls and processes
  • Ensure Compliance of all processes with internal policies and procedures


Requirements

  • Strong understanding of financial markets and investment management processes, including middle and back-office functions.
  • Investment/Data/Risk analytics experience (1+years)
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Database skills (VBA and SQL)
  • Knowledge of performance attribution analysis, especially calculations, models and application to investment strategies
  • Knowledge of statistical risk measures especially calculations, models and application to investment strategies
  • Knowledge of equity, multi-asset attribution, fixed income attribution

What You’ll Be Doing
Design and develop high-performance mobile network frameworks to enhance connectivity and user experience.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize mobile network performance metrics to ensure robustness and efficiency.
Diagnose and resolve network issues in real-time production environments, ensuring minimal disruption.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced network features into mobile platforms.
What We Look For In You
Proficient in C/C++ development experience on iOS or Android platforms.
Strong understanding of mobile network characteristics and architecture.
Expertise in socket programming and protocols such as TCP, UDP, and QUIC.
Familiarity with network technologies including and gRPC.
Hands-on experience with open-source frameworks like libcurl and cronet, with the ability to perform custom enhancements.
