Role Overview
As the Lead Product Manager for Corporate Finance, you will define and lead the product strategy, roadmap, and measurable outcomes for MOE’s central corporate finance systems. You will establish product OKRs and success metrics, drive digital transformation across HQ and schools, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. You will also mentor junior product managers and analysts, contributing to a high-performing, user-focused team.

MOE oversees a significant portion of Singapore’s public education expenditure, supporting over 350 schools, 33,000 teachers, and more than half a million students. Currently, finance operations are decentralized, with each school managing activities like budgeting, procurement, billing, collections, and payments. Key Responsibilities
Define and drive corporate finance strategy, roadmap, and outcomes.
Develop and own the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap aligned with MOE’s digitalisation priorities.
Establish, track, and deliver on product OKRs and success metrics.
Prioritize initiatives to maximize value and usability for MOE HQ and schools.
Enhance decision-making and financial integrity through data and automation.
Embed data analytics to support strategic planning, budgeting, and expenditure tracking.
Redesign financial reporting with a dynamic Chart of Accounts for multi-dimensional insights.
Implement machine learning models to flag anomalies and reduce financial risks.
Mentor and develop the product team, fostering a culture of high performance and user focus.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Business Administration, or related; Master’s preferred.
At least 5 years in Product Management, preferably in FinTech, SaaS, or government digital services.
Proven track record of launching and scaling impactful digital products.
Experience with agile methodologies and full product lifecycle management.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and user-centered design.
Interest in public service and education sector is a plus.
