Job Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor Deep Cement Mixing (DCM) equipment, Prefabricated Vertical Drain (PVD) installation machinery, and piling machines according to project specifications.
• Ensure proper mixing of soil and cement slurry for ground improvement works (DCM).
• Accurately install vertical drains to specified depth and layout (PVD).
• Operate piling machinery to install foundation piles according to design specifications.
• Conduct routine inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all machinery to prevent downtime.
• Adjust operational parameters to maintain quality, efficiency, and uniformity of works.
• Maintain detailed records of production, installation progress, materials used, and equipment performance.
• Collaborate with site engineers and supervisors to meet project deadlines.
• Strictly follow site safety, quality, and environmental regulations.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience operating DCM, PVD, or piling machinery.
• BCA DCM/Piling SEC(K) certification is mandatory.
• Knowledge of geotechnical principles, soil mechanics, and ground improvement processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
• Mechanical aptitude for basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Strong attention to detail, precision, and safety compliance.
• Physically fit to work in outdoor and demanding site conditions.

Als Machine Operator bij Kikkoman ben jij een belangrijke schakel in ons afvulproces. Jij bedient, stelt in en onderhoudt de lijnen op onze afvulafdeling. De werkzaamheden zijn zowel technisch uitdagend als afwisselend, omdat we een breed scala aan producten in verschillende verpakkingen afvullen. Dit betekent:
Machinebediening : Jij zorgt ervoor dat de machines efficiënt draaien en dat de producten voldoen aan de kwaliteitsstandaarden.
Bedienen en controleren van machines: Van het pasteuriseren van sauzen tot het verpakken van eindproducten, jij hebt de controle.
Ombouwen en afstellen : Bij product wissels pas je de machines aan en voer je nauwkeurige controles uit, inclusief een volledige line clearance.
Storingen oplossen en onderhoud uitvoeren: Veelvoorkomende storingen los je zelfstandig op, en je voert eerstelijns onderhoud uit.

Een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.
Werkervaring in de voedingsmiddelenindustrie is mooi meegenomen, maar geen must.
