Additionally, this role will involve collaboration with the marketing team to help drive customer engagement and promote the salon’s services. The ideal candidate is a proactive individual with experience in managing beauty services operations and an understanding of marketing strategies.
Daily Operations Management:
• Oversee and manage all daily operational activities, including staffing, inventory, scheduling, and appointment management.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards.
• Manage supplier relationships and stock levels for beauty products, equipment, and supplies.
Customer Service Excellence:
• Ensure all clients receive exceptional service, responding to complaints or service issues quickly and professionally.
• Oversee the booking system and client records to maximize efficiency and maintain client loyalty.
• Monitor customer feedback and implement strategies to improve satisfaction and retention.
Business Development & Sales:
• Collaborate withstaff to drive customer engagement, loyalty programs, and promotional campaigns
• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue growth.
• Analyze sales and service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Marketing & Sales Collaboration:
• Collaborate with staffs to create and execute campaigns that promote Queen Ocean Beauty’s services.
• Assist in designing promotional offers, packages, and loyalty programs to drive footfall and sales.
• Manage the salon’s social media presence, ensuring content reflects the brand and engages with the target audience.
