About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics CRM projects.

• Lead the full delivery lifecycle of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM projects.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and quality standards.
• Develop and execute detailed project plans, resource allocations, and reporting frameworks.
• Engage and align with diverse stakeholders including government departments, community partners, and internal teams.
• Facilitate UAT (User Acceptance Testing), training, and adoption strategies for end users in public institutions.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership and ensure alignment with broader digital transformation goals.

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven experience delivering end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM projects.

• Technical requirement gathering and documentation
• Implementation and deployment of AX modules and customizations
• Post-live training and support
• Customizing Dynamics AX solution through X+ and MorphX
• Quality Assurance and Testing
• System Integration Test

The Ideal Candidate Should Have/ Be

• 8+ years in Dynamics AX ERP development and implementation
• Lead a technical team of 4-6 junior and senior AX developers
• Experience in AX 2012 User Tools, MorphX, X+ Editor / Debugger, Report Development in SSRS
• Experience in File import and export framework
• Experience in email, Security, batch frameworks.
• Experience in AX installation and configuration
• Experience in Dynamics AX Security System setup and administration
• Experience in D365 is a plus
• Experience in Microsoft .NET via Visual Studio, Microsoft SQL Server is a plus
• Technical solution description and documentation
• Demonstrated knowledge in system upgrades, integrations and testing.
• Ability to analyze and recommend solutions to any technical difficulty in a timely manner
• Knowledge of MS Sure Step implementation methodology
• Certification in AX programming is a plus

About the Role

• Design, develop, secure, and extend a Dynamics 365 Customer Insights & Marketing
• Design, develop, secure, and extend a Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Sales
• Conduct workshop with clients to collect functional requirements, create into user stories with acceptance criteria
• Conduct workshop with clients to collect technical requirements, derive the technical & integration architecture
• Conduct workshop to collect data migration & data integration requirements to derive the migration strategy
• Analyse requirements and estimate effort for both the development of new features and customization of existing feature
• Develop applications using .NET within Microsoft cloud technologies leveraging on Azure Functions or Azure Logic Apps
• Perform peer code reviews and participate in design sessions.
• Review test plans, coordinate test execution, and analyze test results to ensure functionality, completeness, and quality of solution
• Communicate and work with clients regularly during the implementation cycle
• Align with change management process and deploy code to Production, QA, etc.
• Create and maintain functional requirements and technical specification documentation
• Conduct training for clients as necessary as well as KT sessions with colleagues on best practices and/or new features
• Take up role of migration lead or migration consultant if required

About you

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related course
• Minimum 8 years experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, technical implementation
• At least 5 end-to-end full life cycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft cloud environments such as Power Platform, Azure and Office 365
• Proficient with X+, C#, .NET, or JavaScript
• Preferred to have one or more Microsoft Dynamics certification
• Preferred to have use migration tools the like of KingsWaySoft
