About the opportunity
We are looking for a Dynamics 365 Solution Architect (Manager level) to lead solution design, architecture, and delivery for Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects. This role combines deep product knowledge with leadership in shaping digital transformation strategies, guiding technical teams, and engaging stakeholders across industries.
You’ll play a key role in delivering complex enterprise solutions using Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft Power Platform, ensuring alignment with client goals and business outcomes.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Lead solution architecture for Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations (Finance, SCM, Sales, Customer Service, etc.).
Translate business and functional requirements into scalable D365 solutions.
Define architecture for integrations, data migration, reporting, and security.
Lead and mentor a team of functional/technical consultants and developers.
Serve as a primary point of contact with client stakeholders and internal leadership.
Ensure adherence to Microsoft’s best practices and delivery frameworks.
Support pre-sales and business development with solution design and effort estimates.
Contribute to the development of reusable assets, templates, and methodologies.
To qualify for the role, you must have
6–10 years of experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics CRM/ERP/D365 solutions
Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Lead Consultant on enterprise D365 projects.
Strong functional expertise in one or more areas: D365 Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, or Customer Service.
Working knowledge of Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
Familiarity with Azure services and integration technologies (Logic Apps, Service Bus, etc.).
Experience in data migration, security modeling, and user adoption planning.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience managing teams and leading client workshops or discovery sessions.

Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
Microsoft Certified: Functional Consultant Associate (Finance/Supply Chain/CRM modules)

4. Wired Communication: PAGA, Page Party, Talk Back, Smart Series, Driller, PABX (Analog), Sound-Powered Phone System
We are looking for individuals with the following qualifications and experience:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or IT is required
Personal Qualities:
Prefer experience in relevant industry such as oil & gas, marine, shipyard, petrochemical, power plant is a MUST
Able to lead a team of telecom engineer/junior telecom engineer to meet various project schedule, customer expectation
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and spoken English).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
