- Build strong communication and partnership with visual merchandising, VSI/ Beauty, Visual Production, Visual SD & C and allocation team.
- Actively participate in the talent selection process of all field leadership positions.
- Executive on-going visual merchandising training with Sales Leadership Team and Visual Associates.

Interpret and localize global VM guidelines in collaboration with the Visual Merchandising and Marketing teams to suit each store’s signature space.

Manage VM budgets and plan allocation of resources across the market based on seasonal activities and brand priorities.
Requirements
Diploma in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Styling or related field
