- Reports to Design Manager and MEP Manager
- Develop CAD drawings and coordinating of design drawings with the Client / Consultants to comply with requirement of the authorities
- Reviewing project specification, technical clarification and construction drawing
- Assisting for liaison with the Client / Consultants to obtain clearance for the construction works
- Shop drawings submission to client/consultant for approval
- Overseeing and assisting the design review process to include maintaining accurate and timely design review databases
- Assisting progress report for M&E Design works
- Assisting design manager with the Architect, Structural design team and M&E design team to resolve discrepancies issue and technical issues
- Other duties as assigned
Job requirements
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical / Structural Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of similar experience in building projects for main contractor firms
- Candidates with experience in Civil and Architecture
- Proficient in MS Office, CAD, BIM, Revit. Good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills

- Designing of refrigeration, heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (RHVAC) system, site project survey, inspection and cost estimation, preparation of materials listing, drawings, installation, testing and commissioning.
- Closely work and liaise with the Commercial & Sales Department and the Operation Department on projects that require the involvement of both these departments.
