• A minimum master's degree in psychology or counselling from a recognised university
• Peak body membership , preferably, an SAC, SPS or equivalent membership

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Clinical Psychologist to lead our psychological services team. We are seeking a highly skilled Child and Adolescent Mental Health Specialist to join our team. This role involves working collaboratively with our team of mental health professionals to provide high-quality assessment and therapy services for children and adolescents aged 3 to 18 years.

• Assessment: Conduct psychological assessments for ADHD, Autism, anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, and other mental health conditions.
• Case conceptualisation, diagnosis, and making evidence-based recommendations.
• Provide accessible feedback to parents.
• Report writing.

• Intervention: Conducting individual and group interventions using evidence-based therapeutic approaches, e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT.
• Resource and programme development.
• Maintain case notes and other documentation.
• Monitor and evaluate intervention outcomes.
• Engage parents as part of the therapeutic process, e.g., feedback, advice.

• Capacity Building: Conduct talks and workshops for parents and teachers.
• Supervision of junior psychologists/interns.
• Team meetings/peer supervision.

• Other Duties: Service monitoring and improvement.
• Conceptualising new projects or involvement in existing projects.

• A recognised Master's or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology.
• Registered with the Singapore Psychological Society (SRP) or other recognised professional body.
