Job Responsibilities
You will be responsible for assisting in day to day operations such as:
- Provide customer service including registration/screening of patients, queue management, preparation and dispensing of medications, invoicing and collection of payment.
- Answer inquiries from patients and others via phone calls, messages and emails while rendering excellent patient care and customer service.
- Perform and/or assisting the doctor with cosmetic, surgical, and medical procedures
- Evaluating clients' beauty needs
- Providing facial and body treatments.
- Performing various massage techniques on clients' faces, and back.
- Work in a team with the rest of the staff to ensure that the clinic environment is clean and welcoming for patients
- Administrative duties such as claims submissions and other forms of paperwork
Requirements
- No medical experience required
- Comfortable with technology, computer applications and modern software
- Applicants with phlebotomy skills, wound management experience, clinical aesthetics experience and/or nursing certification will have an added advantage
- Relevant qualification in Cosmetic or Beauty Therapy is an added advantage
- Able to work 5.5 days / 44 hours per week (1 weekend off)

About the Role:
The Clinical Therapist will play a vital role in providing comprehensive assessments, managing cases, and delivering short-term structured counselling via phone, video, or chat to our clients in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical Services:
- Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy and counselling services to clients, including standardized psychological testing and clinical interviews.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, and Acceptance Commitment Therapy.
- Provide interventions in different modalities for individual, group, and family counselling to address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship problems, stress management, and other disorders.
- Assess and manage crisis situations, providing critical incident support and deploying Critical Incident Stress Debriefing (CISD) modules as needed.
- Service Delivery & Operations:
- Maintain strict adherence to operational standards and clinical protocols established by our organization and local regulatory requirements in Singapore.
- Engage in regular clinical supervision and continuing professional development activities to maintain and enhance professional competence.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client journeys and effective support.
- Identify opportunities for service improvement within our delivery process and escalate any issues or complex situations to the Clinical Team Leader.
- Case Assignment, Review & Audit:
- Assess incoming cases and make appropriate assignments to qualified counsellors and therapists within our network, considering client needs, clinical specialty, geographical location, and counsellor availability.
- Monitor assigned cases for progress, client satisfaction, and adherence to care plans.
- Conduct regular case reviews and audits to ensure compliance with internal standards of operations, ethical guidelines, and clinical quality.
- Master's degree in Psychology, Counselling, or a related field.
- Registration with SAC (Singapore Association for Counselling) or Singapore Psychological Society is mandatory.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a clinical or EAP setting.
- Proven experience in critical incident management and short-term counselling.
- Demonstrated ability to assess clinical cases and make appropriate referrals/assignments.
- Familiarity with conducting clinical case reviews and audits.
- Familiarity with Singapore's mental health system and regulatory frameworks.
- Strong business and commercial awareness with a comprehensive understanding of EAP services.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively and work independently while adhering to established protocols.
- Proficiency in using clinical databases, online communication platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
