5 Days Week ( Office Hours )

· To handle day to day accounts receivables AR function including recording of daily collections, collection bank-in arrangement and filing

· To process and posting of AR related entries into accounting system

· To handle customers enquires on payment related issues

· To conduct cash sales checking and prepare cash sales summary

· To maintain and updates of customer master list

· To Issue payment advice & issue cheques to suppliers based on payment projection schedule / ad-hoc cash payment

Requirement

· ITE / Singapore Polytechnic Diploma Holders

· At least 3 – 4 years' experience in Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable

· Intermediate Excel knowledge is essential

Job Scope

• Accounts Receivable (non-patient)
• Ensure all invoices are accurate and sent promptly within billing procedures
• Prepare and posting of journal entries transaction
• Ensure receipts are recorded accurately
• Ensure billing and accounts receivables process comply with company policies and statutory requirements
• Administer monthly revenue accruals and revenue recognition
• Process customer refund for retail and online sales
• Ensure receipts are recorded accurately.
• Follow up on outstanding balances and ensure receipts received promptly
• Resolve issues/problem on invoice and collection with relevant teams and departments
• Month-end closing
• Prepare and posting of journal entries transaction

• Prepare monthly management reports
• Review monthly financial to ensure accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the financial information
