Project Delivery: You will partner with client sponsors/ leadership to shape the change vision and translate it into a change management strategy and are responsible for these change deliverables – change plan, change impact assessment, leadership alignment, stakeholder engagement and communications strategy, learning strategy, behavior change strategy, change effectiveness survey, business benefits realization, adoption and embedment strategy.
Define the skills, structures, tools and support mechanisms required to deliver the change initiatives; this includes being able to identify the learning interventions to skill clients' target audience (internal staff, or external users) to operate in the new technologies adopted, or new ways of working. Provide strategic guidance and leadership to the team and ensure team's deliverables are completed on schedule, to a high level of quality and to client satisfaction.
Manage team's delivery risks and issues, drive innovation and sharing of best practices within the team. Drive change management integration with other impacted projects or process areas. Engage in collaborative and constructive dialogue with client sponsors/ leadership to evaluate progress against project objectives. Develop deep and trusting working relationships with client sponsors/ leadership.
Define metrics and measure business adoption and business benefits realization. Ensure key messages are communicated accurately and timely using innovative channels, to capture the hearts and minds of stakeholders. Measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
Business Development: You will partner with client sponsors/ leadership to shape potential areas of work where we can add value to our clients to solve their most pressing challenges. This includes understanding of client needs in terms of future of work, talent strategies, operating model, leadership and culture, and change management solutions that they may require.Lead the development of client proposals that fulfils the clients' needs; this may either be a pure talent-related proposal or be a part of a larger system implementation proposal. The ability to work with a much larger technical team is required.
Skills Requirements
Minimum of 4 years of change management and/or human capital consulting experience. Internal HR consulting or HR-related experiences would also be considered.
Experience in other related areas such as Talent Management, Learning & Skilling, Operating Model & Organization Effectiveness (e.g. Organization Design, Culture Transformation, Leadership Effectiveness etc) is highly preferred.
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Comfortable working with digital solutions in an information systems/technology-driven environment
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Ability to create and deliver high-impact communications to senior audiences (written and oral) and facilitate complex discussions.
