ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Predominantly a field-based role, the Clinical Nurse Specialist (Operating Theatre Staff Nurse) is primarily responsible for providing in-theatre clinical support to our hospital-based customers during surgeries. Key responsibilities include:
Attending surgical procedures and providing expert clinical/technical support to Surgeons and Hospital staff in the correct and safe use of Arthrex products

Strong knowledge of the human anatomy and physiology, and ability to participate in on-call work on a monthly rotational basis (compensated with case allowance)
Ability to quickly understand and communicate complex technical information, problem solver and adaptable to fast changing environments
Self-starter who is able to work autonomously and as part of a team, highly organised, with exceptional customer engagement and relationship skills
