Provide administrative and operational support to the Medical Director and the medical team as delegated.
Support to the Medical Services Division
Provide administrative support to the medical service division and various teams.
Organise and provide secretarial support for all internal and external meetings.
Collation of statistics for various reporting.
Organise/support divisional or departmental activities or organization events, when required.
Develop and maintain operational manuals and files related to the medical department and ensure that information contained therein is regularly updated.
Assist the Medical Director and the medical teams in operating the pandemic and business continuity plans in the event such plans need to be activated.
Manage and/or support external and internal projects as directed by the Medical Director.
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders in the project/service development and discussions.
Map operational processes and work flows as required.
Ensure smooth execution and daily operations.
Develop/maintain databases to collect data/statistics for reporting.
Provide support to the research work, where required.
Assume other responsibilities relevant to the position as delegated from time to time.
Requirements
Min Diploma or Degree in Business Administration
Possess min. 3-5 years of prior working experience in secretarial functions in a healthcare institution or government hospital
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Team play and able to work independently as well

Requirements

A Research Fellow position on methodology for medical records analysis is available at the National University of Singapore. The project aims to develop statistical methods to elucidate treatment targets from longitudinal electronic medical records. Potential topics include but are not limited to Bayesian statistics, scalable posterior computation and causal inference. The candidate will work closely with Dr. Willem van den Boom as well as collaborate with clinicians from the National University Hospital.
Qualifications: Applicants should hold or be close to submitting a PhD in Statistics or a related field.
Terms of appointment: The appointment can commence immediately and will be initially for a period of two years.
Compensation: Salary around S$6,000 per month, medical insurance and 27 days of annual leave plus 11 public holidays
