Location: Pasir Panjang Rd / Need to be comfortable to travel to different Hospitals

Salary Range: $2,500 - $,000 + 200 Transport allowance

8am to 5pm Mondays to Fridays + 8am to 1pm Saturdays

Main Purpose:

1. To support device interrogations in Hospitals

2. To ensure that the Company’s agreed quality standards are maintained concerning its products, procedures, policies, operations and customer contact.

Key Accountabilities:

1. Work within and actively promote Company’s core mission, corporate strategies, policies, procedures and Code of Conduct.

2. Promotes Company's products and services within an assigned area and /or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.

3. Undergo training for all Cardiac Rhythm Management Device therapies. Ensure the highest level of product knowledge is attained and maintained

4. Perform device interrogation of all Company Cardiac Rhythm Management devices in Hospitals outpatient clinics and inpatient clinics. Perform Carelink monitor pairings to patients and relatives.

5. Answers all patient and relatives enquires on devices and Carelink monitors accurately.

6. Troubleshoot with patients on Carelink monitors if required

7. Perform pre and post MRI programming checks

8. Perform pre and post operative programming at inpatient wards or at Operating Theatre Recovery rooms.

9. Tend to any urgent or adhoc device checks at all times within 45minutes window.

10. Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening relationships with hospital staff including phyisicans and healthcare professionals.

11. Communicates customer feedback or updates to the Account Sales Representatives

12. Provide technical in-services and presentations to customers as required. May include external pulse generator to nurse or BME department.

13. Assist Sales Representative to manage inventory control, including the expedited delivery of stock to customers as needed.

14. Support clinical study device checks if any.

15. Gather market intelligence on customer and competitor activity and feedback to Sales Representatives.

16. Ensure a thorough understanding of and adherence to any Company or Hospital compliance issue.

17. Ensure a safe working environment in accordance with the relevant Occupational Health and Safety legislation.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Diploma in relevant field of studies (Eg. Biomedical Science or Life Sciences)
  • Willing to learn attitude

  • PMP or equivalent project management certification; proficiency in both waterfall and agile methodologies. Agile Scrum Master certification is a plus.
