KEY Responsibilities

• Understand and promote medical aesthetic and wellness treatment to customers. Be able to effectively communicate treatment plans, product benefits, and procedures to support patient understanding, informed decision-making, and adherence.

• Assist manager to handle daily operations of outlet ensuring smooth workflow, excellent customer experiences, and adherence to company SOPs.

• Handle high value sales. Develop sales strategies with medical doctors and therapist and achieve personal and company sales targets

• Build strong relationships with customers, handle customer feedback and customer engagement.

• Handle social media/phone enquiries from potential customers according to Company SOP.

• Attend to front desk duties

• Provide assistance to medical doctors on aesthetic services and able to perform face and body treatments where required.

• Motivate, train and develop therapists to ensure high standards of product knowledge and service delivery.

• Work cohesively and closely with marketing team and other affiliate companies for cross-selling services and providing reports.

• Career progression to managerial role for suitable candidates

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• Good written and spoken English, good spoken Mandarin (in order to handle Mandarin speaking customers.)

• Demonstrates good personal sales track record preferably in medi-spa / aesthetics medical clinic

• Experience in providing machine and manual facials/ skincare advice / fat freezing / machine slimming treatment advantageous.

• Minimum 2 years experience in sales, highly motivated to achieve targets

• Proficient in MS Office and POS systems and comfortable with record keeping

• Experience with Plato POS system and advantage

• Warm personality/ people person

• Relevant CIDESCO/ CIBTEC / ITEC or other wellness certifications

• Results driven and service oriented

• Strong aptitude in sales promotional techniques

• Confident and well-groomed

• To perform aesthetic treatments with high standards of customer service

• To build strong relationship with existing customers

• To maintain the service ability and cleanliness of all equipment and rooms before and after procedures, as well as cleanliness of the outlet

• Knowledge in using aesthetic machines will be an important advantage (Radiofrequency, Cryo, LED etc)
