About the job
Reporting to the CFO, this is a crucial hybrid role that focuses predominantly on administrative and corporate secretarial duties (75%) while providing support to core finance functions (25%). The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including providing essential administrative support. You will be a vital liaison for internal teams and external stakeholders, and handle office management tasks such as purchasing supplies, coordinating company events, and arranging business travel and meetings. Furthermore, you will assist with financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger. You'll process invoices, manage payments, and ensure the timely collection of receivables. You will also be responsible for month-end and year-end schedules, bank and intercompany reconciliations, and supporting management with financial reporting, including cash flow forecasts.
Skills and experience required
