The Social Media Associate supports Valvoline Global Operations’ social media presence by executing day-to-day content publishing, community engagement, and performance monitoring. Working closely with the Global Social Media Manager, this role helps maintain brand consistency, strengthen community connections, and deliver compelling online experiences across global platforms.

What You Bring to the Role (Job Qualifications / Education / Skills / Requirements / Capabilities)
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
Proficiency in social media management tools (Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or similar).
Strong writing, editing, and interpersonal communication skills.
Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
High attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with APAC social trends and platforms is a plus.
