Job Description
What You'll Do As our Content Creation Intern, you'll get hands-on experience across the full content cycle — from idea to upload. You'll work on MTAS's own channels (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok) as well as on client accounts, giving you a portfolio that spans sports, lifestyle, and creative social media campaigns.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Content ideation – brainstorm creative ideas for videos, reels, shorts, and posts.

• Diploma Holders: $700/month (subjected to CPF contribution for non-credit bearing internship)

Key Responsibilities:
• The intern will work closely with the respective Centre Heads and Leasing personnel to execute a series of targeted initiatives as stated below scheduled for rollout across the centres' websites and AHG's social media platforms
1) Featured Artists series
Featuring new / interesting/ notable arts tenants and their works
2) Commercial Tenants
Featuring commercial tenants in a "unique foodie experience in VT/TAH" or "retail /workshop experience in SAC"
3) Spaces for Venue Hire
Feature AHG's spaces in unique ways for possible venue hire opportunities
• Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling content (images, videos, reels, stories, posts) for social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, Website
• Collaborate with artistes, marketing teams, and event coordinators to gather content ideas and behind-the-scenes material.
• Cover live events and rehearsals when possible, capturing dynamic content for real-time engagement.
• Write compelling and accurate captions and copy that reflect the voice and vision of each artist or project.
Qualifications:
• Passion for the arts, culture, and storytelling with good communication and writing skills
• Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express, CapCut, or basic Adobe Creative Suite).
• Familiarity with social media platforms and trends (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn).
• Photography and/or videography skills are a plus.
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and contribute creatively.
Preferred Background:
• Students in Media, Communications, Arts Management, Marketing, or related fields.
• Experience working in or with performing arts spaces, artists, or creative communities is an advantage.
