- Achieve individual fundraising targets, including FY2026, by managing accounts in the TSA database and cultivating new strategic partnerships.
- Build and maintain relationships with major donors, corporations, trusts, and foundations through effective relationship management. Proactively identify and acquire potential new donors and partnerships to boost funding.
- Assist in organizing four charity events annually for RHQ and support additional events for social centres.
- Develop new fundraising channels and partnerships, including webinars and corporate outreach.
- Enhance digital marketing efforts to increase yield.
- Manage administration and processing of collected funds.
- Build and expand the donor database annually, preparing it for mailing appeals, newsletters, event invitations, reports, calendars, and electronic mailers.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, public relations, or marketing.
