Job Responsibilites
Carry out standard maintenance, repair & overhaul work on Material Handling Equipment
Ensure high standard of workmanship and minimize turnaround time for scheduled repairs & inspection to meet department standards.
Provide good customer service to achieve customer satisfaction.
To perform accurate troubleshooting on MHE and notify Team Controllers/ Customers on required work & replacement parts recommendations.
Complete and fill up work reports for each equipment and unit serviced.
Adhere to defined guidelines in regards to Safety, Orderliness etc.
Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by Superiors.
Qualification, Required Experience, Competencies and Skills
- Class 3 Driving License, forklift license & must have electrical working knowledge
- Academic background in automotive / electrical / mechanical engineering
- At least 2 years working experience in the same Material Handling Equipment repair role
- Must be able to support standby shifts 2 weeks every quarter including weekends and public holidays (including midnight)
