- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system issues and implement effective solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the R&D prototype build, manage build objective & build matrix.
- Manage prototype allocation & distribution.
- Provide onsite support at manufacturing site.
- Manage RTP (Release to Production) documents e.g. technical drawing, BOM (Bill of Material), build instruction documents.
- Manage post prototype build activities e.g. Build cost, build defect solution, Care & Feed document (Prototype handling document).
- Coordinate knowledge transfer from R&D to Operation/Manufacturing team.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma in Engineering or relevant studies
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in R&D or manufacturing environment.
- Experience in high-volume electronics manufacturing environment would be an advantage.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office e.g. Excel, Power Point, Words.
- Knowledge in material requirements planning (MRP) and related software, e.g. SAP would be advantage.
- Effective communication skills.
- Good problem-solving skills & attention to detail.
