The Mechanical Equipment Specialist is responsible for delivering high-quality engineering support to the production unit. Key responsibilities include providing technical assistance on piping standards, storage facilities, and fired equipment issues.
- Provide day-to-day specialist mechanical engineering support to ensure the refinery business objectives are met.
- Develop, implement, and maintain Bukom Engineering Practices (BEP) on static equipment, ensuring full compliance with statutory obligations and engineering codes of practices.
- Focal point for developing/updating mechanical engineering policies and guidelines, including static equipment maintenance procedures.

- Provide mechanical support during turnaround activities and conduct technical post-mortem reviews of turnaround executions.
To be successful in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and at least 3 years of professional experience delivering/supporting asset integrity work. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as field engineering/construction-asset-support experience and knowledge of equipment integrity and fitness for service.
