Job Description:

• Handle and prepare various types of meat, including beef, pork, and lamb

• Perform basic and advanced meat cutting techniques with processing machines (Slicer, Bench Saw, Mincer)

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in all meat handling processes

• Label and pack meat products according to company procedures

• Follow proper storage, inventory management, and stock rotation practices

Job Requirements:

• Prior experience in meat handling or butchery will be an advantage

The Production Operator contributes to food production operations by setting up his/her work stations, and handling the equipment within the plant to prepare ingredients, food products and packaging. He is expected to adhere to food production requirements, food safety parameters and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure that the food products manufactured are free from contaminants and safe for consumption.

He works in a food production environment and may be required to work shifts.
