Role OverviewYou will play a critical role in managing production scheduling, materials planning, and inventory control. This role requires strong analytical ability, ERP proficiency, and hands-on factory planning experience to ensure production efficiency, cost control, and timely order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, manage, and monitor production schedules to meet sales demand and delivery timelines.
- Review and maintain Bill of Materials (BOMs) and work orders to ensure accuracy and alignment with production requirements.
- Conduct materials requirements planning (MRP), ensuring timely procurement and allocation of raw materials.

The PPC Assistant plays a vital role in supporting both the PPC team and the Production Department, ensuring efficient workflow by managing administrative tasks related to the task card process. This role is particularly crucial during the initial and final stages of heavy maintenance checks, contributing to the timely and successful completion of the work.
Key responsibilities include:
- Raising cards in the ERP system
- Ensuring the correct setting of part due dates in the ERP system
- Providing administrative support to the Production Department
- Assisting Maintenance Planners with relevant tasks
- Scanning completed task cards and supporting project archiving
- Filing completed task cards to maintain accurate records
Responsibilities also include working effectively as part of a team, communicating clearly, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, able to multitask efficiently, and possess strong analytical skills.
