Sales and Leasing Specialist
We are seeking a results-driven professional to fill the Sales & Leasing Specialist position. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for securing leads and selling various models of material handling equipment. Your main focus will be to provide exceptional customer service, demonstrate professionalism in customer interactions, and achieve trade-in and hire-purchase support from closed deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Securing contracts for leasing and rental of Material Handling Equipment, mainly forklifts .
- Source new leasing/rental opportunities through outdoor visits or cold calls.
- Engage with customers, conduct test drives/demonstration sessions, and effectively showcase product features.
- Close deals by employing persuasive sales techniques.
- Follow up with leads and schedule appointments with potential customers.
- Address and resolve customer issues, coordinating with the Aftersales team and debt recovery when necessary.
- Perform pre-delivery inspections and arrange for necessary vehicle rectifications.
- Prepare registration files and submit them to Sales Administration for registration.
- Conduct deliveries to customers.
- Monitor costs, competition, and market demand.
- Submit daily sales reports.
Requirements:
- GCE 'O' Level education and above.
- Class 3 driving license and own vehicle.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
