Let’s Talk About the Role:
Lead data governance and stewardship for supply chain planning, ensuring accuracy across ERP and advanced planning systems.
Define and execute data quality management processes including profiling, validation, measurement, and reporting.
Support system implementations and upgrades through data readiness and migration activities.
Partner with planning and analytics teams to align KPIs, reports, and data structures globally.

Let’s Talk About You:
5–7 years’ experience in master data analysis and management, with a strong preference for backgrounds in supply chain operations or planning.
Strong business understanding of supply chain related processes, data elements, and performance metrics (forecast accuracy, supply adherence, inventory turns).
Proven ability in data profiling, integrity analysis, governance, and integration troubleshooting.
Experience with large ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and planning tools (o9, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder).
Proficiency in SQL, Power Query, or similar data management tools; visualization skills in Power BI/Tableau are a plus.
Familiarity with data governance frameworks (DAMA-DMBOK, DCAM) highly regarded.

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Data Quality & Enablement Analyst to play a dual-critical role. This unique position sits at the intersection of the data engineering and business intelligence functions. You will be the guardian of the data integrity in Snowflake and the champion who empowers business teams to leverage Tableau for maximum impact. Data Quality & Technical Validation (50%):

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test cases to validate data ingestion and transformation logic within the Snowflake data platform.
• Perform end-to-end data validation using advanced SQL, comparing data between source systems (e.g., PostgreSQL) and the target Snowflake environment to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Validate and quality-check Snowflake stored procedures and complex SQL scripts used for ETL/ELT processing.

Tableau Coaching & Business Enablement (50%):

• Design, develop, and deliver engaging and comprehensive Tableau training programs, including bootcamps, workshops, and hands-on sessions for diverse user groups, from beginners to citizen developers.

• Champion data literacy initiatives across the organization, enabling users to confidently explore, interpret, and communicate data-driven insights.

Mandatory Requirements:
