Responsibilities

• Handle full cycle of employment process including job postings, short listings, co-ordinating interviews, onboarding and off-boarding preparation.
• Work with various authorities or agencies to organise, attend recruitment mass walk-ins, roadshows and career fairs
• Handle work pass application, renewal, and issuance work pass application.
• Partner and support other departments in manpower needs
• Work closely with Operations Management team to understand hiring requirements and source for suitable candidates
• Update and maintain employees’ personnel records to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support in HR team in employment act compliance and support in employee welfare reviews etc.
• Take on any other ad-hoc HR projects and tasks as assigned by the Management.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Human Resources Management
• Competent in Singapore Employment Act / CPF Act / Industrial Relations Acts
• Must have 2 year’s track records of big volume hiring experience in multi-stores retail / FMCG
